Refund policy

At RJ Garden Center, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their order carefully in the presence of the courier before accepting the package.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify the courier and contact our support team immediately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued through a suitable refund method determined by our customer support team.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
