1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We offer secure and convenient payment options for our customers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You can complete your purchase using any of the following authorized methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard issued by UAE and international banks.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for standard orders within the UAE for amounts below AED 1,000. Payment must be made in full in cash to the courier agent at the exact time of delivery. No additional hidden handling fees are charged.

  • Bank Transfer: Available exclusively for bulk orders or custom landscaping requests. Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the payment is successfully credited and verified. Bank details are provided upon official request.

2. PAYMENT SECURITY & ENCRYPTION

Your security is our absolute priority. All online transactions are processed through reliable, secure, and encrypted third-party payment gateways.

  • We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocols to protect your data.

  • RJ Garden Center does not store, log, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

  • Standard fraud detection mechanisms are applied to ensure safe transactions for both the merchant and the consumer.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING & INVOICING

  • Card Payments: Your card is authorized and charged immediately upon confirming your order at checkout.

  • COD Payments: Collected in real-time by our delivery partner during package handover.

  • Order Dispatch: No orders will be processed or dispatched until payment is verified (for card/bank transfers) or COD status is confirmed.

  • Digital Receipts: A digital invoice and order confirmation receipt will be sent automatically to your registered email address immediately after checkout.

4. REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS

Any eligible cancellations, returns, or adjustments that result in a refund will be handled strictly according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Card Refunds: Approved credit/debit card refunds are automatically sent back to the original card issuing bank within 7–10 business days.

  • COD Refunds: Will be securely processed via Bank Transfer to the customer's verified UAE bank account.
