RJ Garden Center

1. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once processed, orders are handed over to our delivery partners.

2. DELIVERY COVERAGE We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including major cities and surrounding areas.

3. DELIVERY TIME Estimated delivery time after order processing:

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days depending on logistics conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen courier operations, traffic, or extreme weather conditions. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE for your convenience.

  • Payment is made in cash (or card if supported by the courier) to the delivery agent upon receiving your package.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery to avoid convenience issues.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges are calculated flatly across the UAE as follows:

  • FREE Delivery on all orders above AED 500.

  • AED 30 Delivery Fee applies to all orders below AED 500.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RESPONSIBILITY Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information (Full address, Villa/Building number, Area, City, and an active contact number).

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 2 times free of charge.

  • If you are unavailable, the courier will coordinate with you for the next available slot.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS Your satisfaction is our priority. We take full responsibility for the transit of your goods. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@rjgardencenter.com or via phone at +971522735667 so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund.
