1. OVERVIEW

At RJ Garden Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all physical products purchased through our website operated by LAKE GARDEN LANDSCAPE L.L.C, Dubai, UAE. We offer a transparent, fair, and secure shopping experience for all our customers.

2. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

To accommodate the different natures of our products, our return policy is divided into two categories:

  • For Live Plants (Perishable Items): Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, any issues, damages, or health concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours for live plants will not be eligible for returns or replacements.

  • For Garden Accessories, Pots & Tools (Non-Perishable Items): For all non-perishable garden hardware, we offer a standard 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS

Returns and replacements are fully processed if:

  • The product or plant is delivered damaged, broken, or severely wilted upon arrival.

  • The product is defective or malfunctioning (for tools/hardware).

  • The item received is completely incorrect or different from what was ordered.

  • The order is incomplete or missing essential parts.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCLUSIONS

We strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Live plants that deteriorate, wilt, or die after delivery due to improper care, neglect, overwatering, underwatering, or exposure to harsh weather conditions by the customer.

  • Any live plant issues reported after the 48-hour inspection window.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse, alterations, or negligence.

  • Garden accessories or tools reported after the allowed 14-day period.

5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Please provide your Order Number and clear proofs (such as photos or videos) of the item or plant showing the issue.

  • If your return is accepted, we will arrange our courier partner to pick up the item from your delivery address.

6. RETURN SHIPPING FEES & RESTOCKING FEES

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged on arrival, defective hardware, or wrong item shipped), RJ Garden Center will bear the full cost of return shipping. Customer pays AED 0.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on approved returns. (Restocking Fee: AED 0).

7. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINES

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued securely via Bank Transfer to the customer's verified UAE bank account or as store credit, depending on the customer's preference.

  • Please note that original standard shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the package is handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled but can be processed under our standard return guidelines after delivery.
